Our Mission

Milton Garrick is a visionary educator, motivational speaker, and innovator dedicated to transforming math education. A proud graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School in the Bronx and Delaware State University, an HBCU, he brings over 30 years of experience teaching students from 4th grade to adult learners across all five boroughs of NYC. As an adjunct professor at institutions like Columbia University and Bronx Community College, he’s trained future educators while promoting equity in learning.

For over seven years, including throughout the pandemic, when students needed it most- Milton has tutored math virtually across five states, ensuring continued access to high-quality, personalized instruction. His dedication extends beyond the classroom; he co-developed a math-meets-nutrition curriculum with Hip Hop Health and has collaborated with cultural icons like Doug E. Fresh and Ashanti to make learning engaging and culturally relevant.

Milton currently serves as CEO of MathMovements.com and XRGGroupInc.com, blending education, entrepreneurship, and real estate.
